Reception Room 

This lovely house to rent in Berkshire features 4 reception rooms, each with its own characteristic charm. The main drawing room features a sumptuous design, an open fireplace and is fully-equipped with a Freeview TV, DVD player, and iPod docking station. This is finished with comfy sofas and grand chandelier as well as lots of light brought in by big windows during the day. 

Kitchen & Dining

Access the roomy country kitchen through large French doors, it comes with its own dining table for 8-10 guests, perfect for the more intimate gatherings. It features ample space for dish prep and comes equipped with a double oven electric cooker, microwave, American fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Whether you choose to have a catered or self-catered stay, the choice is yours. All kinds of bespoke catering can be arranged - simple buffets, summer BBQs, or whatever suits you according to your taste and budget. Fresh, organic meals can also be ordered from the Saddleback Farm Food Shop.  Please note to bring your own charcoal to use the BBQ, we do kindly ask that you clean it after use.

Once your favourite meals are prepared, you can enjoy it on the large dining table for 20 guests.  The French doors open up into the kitchen, where you can sit 8-10 overflow guests.

The French doors through the kitchen lead to a large terrace with furniture as well as a hot tub. In summer, you can open up the doors and make use of the outdoor dining table as well as the indoor one to accommodate more guests. 

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

This team-building venue near Bristol comes with 10 generously proportioned bedrooms, 2 with e-suites and 3 further family bathrooms. Each of these bedrooms come equipped with Egyptian cotton bed linens, comfortable duvets and 2 towels per person. All bedrooms sleep between 2-5 guests and range from family rooms to king/twin rooms. All beds are Zip-n-Link, giving you flexibility with sleeping arrangements.  There are also two additional WC's on the ground floor. 

The bedroom breakdown goes as follows:

• Bedroom 1 - Ensuite bedroom with 5 singles (which can be reordered into 2 kings and 1 single)
• Bedroom 2 - Bedroom with a king/twin bed + a single
• Bedroom 3 - Bedroom with a double bed + a single
• Bedroom 4 - Ensuite king or twin bedroom
• Bedroom 5 - Bedroom with a king/twin bed + a single
• Bedroom 6 - Bedroom with a king/twin bed
• Bedroom 7 - Bedroom with a king/twin bed
• Bedroom 8 - Bedroom with a king/twin bed

Entertainment

The Hoof House comes with plenty of entertainment facilities for the whole group, there is a games room with a large pool table. So why not ignite some healthy competition in the group and play some competitive games? 

This hen party venue near London also features a hot tub/sauna room perfect for you to unwind and relax in after a long day of exploration. Walk out to find a landscaped entertaining terrace with breathtaking views and available BBQ perfect for alfresco dining. There is also a large lawn equipped with swings, a slide, and Wendy House for the little adventurers!

If the adults in the group just want to kick back with a beer and relax, occupy the little ones with the wide selection of toys in the toy cupboards.
