The living room is homey with couches you could sink into and a big screen TV with Netflix, whilst there is further seating in the drawing room. Moreover, there is a conservatory that leads to a sun terrace with outdoor seating. You are more than welcome to have an outdoor brunch on a warm summer day while enjoying refreshing views of the green gardens. You will be happy to know that this Party House near Bristol comes with its own orchard where you can take a stroll while enjoying some time for yourself. 

The well-equipped kitchen consists of 2 dishwashers, a microwave, 2 refrigerators, 2 freezers, a range cooker and a washing machine. Therefore, the chefs in the group will be able to demonstrate their cooking skills and prepare a delicious feast which could be enjoyed on the large dining table for 24 guests. In addition, there is a separate breakfast room for 6 where you can enjoy a delightful English breakfast. 

Since this self-catering accommodation near Cotswolds comes with plenty of indoor and outdoor space, it is also great for wedding receptions as a marquee can be added in the garden to accommodate more day guests.

Please note, the venue must be left in a suitability clean condition to the standard in which the property was let. If a specialist clean is needed as a result of the guests stay then the guest will be charged an extra cleaning fee of £300.
