Reception Room & Kitchen

The kitchen and living area of the Pulborough Mill House are merged into one large open space, making it accessible to guests whilst accommodating neccessary comforts for all. This unique open-plan setting allows you to chit-chat with your guests whilst demonstrating your best cooking skills in the fully equipped kitchen. Guests are also exposed to a new large screen television in one of the many reception rooms, this is not featured in the images.

Bedrooms

This 4-bedroom Party House in West Sussex is ideal for a group of 15 guests. All bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms and their own unique style:

• Frida Kahlo room: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and an ensuite bathroom (sleeps 4)
• Indian Temple room: 1 double bed, 2 single bed, and an ensuite bathroom (sleeps 4)
• Peking Boudoir room: 1 double bed, 2 single bed, and an ensuite bathroom (sleeps 4)
• The Italian room: 1 double bed (can be turned into 2 singles), a single bed, and an ensuite bathroom (sleeps 3)

Outside

The beautiful gardens surrounding this Party House in West Sussex feature a comfortable seating area, equipped with a BBQ and perfect dining alfresco-style on that sunny summer's afternoon... This is perfect for those wanting to continue the celebrating into the evening, convert the BBQ into a bonfire with loved ones whilst adding to those unforgettable memories. Other facilities, such as a hot tub, are also availabe for rental via a third party.

There are downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, however, the venue is not optimised for wheelchair use.
