The Pulborough Mill House can be rented out in combination with Pulborough Barn (sleeping 13 - 23) and Pulborough Hall (sleeping 12) which in total, accommodates up to 53 guests at Pulborough Estate, making it ideal for large celebrations, weddings or corporate events. Guests can additionally hire a hot tub or two from third party suppliers to further stretch the fun!

Reception Room & Kitchen
The kitchen and living area of the Pulborough Mill House are merged into one large open space, making it accessible to guests whilst accommodating neccessary comforts for all. This unique open-plan setting allows you to chit-chat with your guests whilst demonstrating your best cooking skills in the fully equipped kitchen. Guests are also exposed to a new large screen television in one of the many reception rooms, this is not featured in the images.
Bedrooms
This 4-bedroom Party House in West Sussex is ideal for a group of 15 guests. All bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms and their own unique style:
- Frida Kahlo room: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and an ensuite bathroom (sleeps 4)
- Indian Temple room: 1 double bed, 2 single bed, and an ensuite bathroom (sleeps 4)
- Peking Boudoir room: 1 double bed, 2 single bed, and an ensuite bathroom (sleeps 4)
- The Italian room: 1 double bed (can be turned into 2 singles), a single bed, and an ensuite bathroom (sleeps 3)

The beautiful gardens surrounding this Party House in West Sussex feature a comfortable seating area, equipped with a BBQ and perfect dining alfresco-style on that sunny summer's afternoon... This is perfect for those wanting to continue the celebrating into the evening, convert the BBQ into a bonfire with loved ones whilst adding to those unforgettable memories.
