Pulborough Hall can be rented out together with Pulborough Barn (sleeps 14-18), Pulborough Mill House (sleeps 15) and the Airstream Caravan (sleeps 4) and The Cabin (sleeps 2) for a total of 53 guests at the Pulborough Estate. You can also hire a hot tub to enjoy on site!

Reception Room & Kitchen

This large group accommodation near London offers a uniquely styled living room, which is the perfect place for you and your entire family to enjoy an afternoon tea, play board games, relax, or chit-chat. If you are hosting a corporate event near London, this space is perfect for all delegates to come together for a meeting, discussion, or casual drinks. The leather sofas are perfect to sink into on a chilly evening. Take advantage of the library containing many exciting books and learn all about the countries that have influenced the style of this house! You will also be able to enjoy a movie night, as this big house comes with a TV area.

The big Party House in West Sussex offers a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to create a restaurant-style dish. The dining area can accommodate up to 12 people, however, there is additional seating for up to 36 guests in the Great Hall area of the Pulborough Barn if you have more guests.

The housekeeping team will leave a warm and welcoming a bottle of champagne, and hamper in the fridge for you and your guests to enjoy upon arrival. Moreover, guests can find coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, basic herbs and fresh growing herbs stock in the cupboards in the kitchen available for use. 

Bedrooms

This large group accommodation near London is an ideal place for a group of 12 guests. The main house offers 4 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom and a unique style. All double beds provide flexible sleeping arrangements with Zip and Link beds. Each bedroom comes with a unique style of its own combining Indian, Italian, Russian, and American decoration influences.  

Main House:

Arts Room: 2 single beds and a double bed, with an ensuite bathroom (sleeps 4)
Classic Room: 1 single bed and a double bed, with an ensuite bathroom (sleeps 3)
Boat Room: 2 single beds and a double bed, with an ensuite bathroom (sleeps 4)
India Room: 1 single bed and a  double bed, with an ensuite bathroom (sleeps 3)

2 extra mattresses can be added to your stay. It is also possible to sleep an extra 6 guests by hiring the Airstream Caravan (sleeps 4) and The Cabin (sleeps 2) for an additional £500. 

Entertainment

This big party house in West Sussex also features a spacious terrace/BBQ area and beautiful gardens. Be it a wedding, a hen do, or a birthday celebration, you and your guests will be able to enjoy the BBQ, bonfires and the beautiful surroundings that hug the house. For active guests, there are horse-riding schools nearby, as well as the beach, which is 14 miles (30-minute drive) away from the house. Explore Arundel Castle, which is only ten minutes away. Walk to a nearby pub which is only 10 mins away, and enjoy a proper British lunch by the water. Stop by at Sainsbury's orTesco's on your way back, which are less than two miles away.

This large group accommodation near London accepts all types of parties, from a family get-together to a hen and stag dos. However, we regret to inform you that this Party House is not a pet-friendly accommodation.

Pulborough Hall is accessible-friendly. It consists of a lowered sink and roll-in shower. It is wheelchair-accessible and the entire home is on the ground floor.
