Sleeping 14 guests, this Party House to rent near London offers a combination of American, Russian, Italian and French dercor which bring out its elegance and makes it a unique venue. This bright large accommodation in West Sussex boasts 4 well-designed bedrooms. 

This house consists of:

• 4 bedrooms (6 single beds, 4 double beds)
• Fully equipped kitchen seating 14
• Open-space living and dining room 

 Two extra single beds can optionally be added to this property.

Pulborough Lodge

Pulborough Lodge can sleep 10 guests in 4 uniquely designed bedrooms; all with en-suites. Much like the other venues, this property owns an open plan kitchen and communal hall for all your guests enjoy together. You can find a pathway connecting both the lodge and the barn, this can be locked off upon request.

Pulborough Barn 

This Party House near London sleeps up to 18 guests and promotes dormitory-styled bedrooms that are perfect for hen parties; the guests can revisit the past by hosting a slumber hen party whilst sipping prosecco. Addittionally, the BBQ area in the private gardens is perfect for catching up on forgotten chit chat. The large living room welcomes guests to sit back and snuggle in whilst laughing and makng memories with friends and family.

• Spacious living room which can sit up to 36 guests
• Fully equipped kitchen with another dining table

Airstream Caravan & Cabin

These two recently added properties are great for the members of the group that prefer a bit more privacy. Located next to Pulborough Barn, both properties have their own front/backyard. The Airstream Caravan consists of a double bed and two single beds and comes with a nice sofa and armchair combination, perfect for sitting back relaxing. The kitchenette with a hob, microwave, and a dishwasher is perfect for showing off your culinary skills. Moreover, There's a lovely bathroom, equipped with a copper shower, toilet and sink. 

Pulborough Mill House 

This property sleeps 15 guests and is suitale for larger events waiting to be celebrated. Each room is uniquely inspired by a different stype and culture; particularly impressive to the art lovers of the community. The large group accommodation possesses a Frida Kahlo inspired room, an Indian Temple room, a romantic Italian room, and a Peking Boudoir room.

• 4 bedrooms (5 double beds & 5 single beds)
• Bright living room merged with the fully equipped kitchen

Therefore, if you're looking for a countryside experience without wasting too much travel time, this large group accommodation is a great option. Each of the 3 houses comes with a spacious reception room perfect for clients and coworkers to meet up, have a conference or a discussion that will innovate your company. In the evening, the chamber can provide you with the perfect setting for interesting and open conversations amongst your colleagues promoting team-bonding. Guests can also find a large dining table in each individual house which are all ideal for conferences or even just a brainstorming session. The Barn enables you to group the entire workforce together for an evening meeting or better-yet, a nice meal with a few glasses of vino. If you'd like, catering can additionally be provided at your corporate event; don't worry, we have it all covered! 

Weddings at Pulborough Estate

Pulborough Estate is a wonderful option if you're looking for an inexpensive wedding venue near London. The estate enables a guestlist of up to 120 with the additional quirky option of camping. The large grounds also come with plenty of space and privacy, enabling the installasion of marquee; celebrate properly with those you love! This large wedding Estate in the South East also offers a variety of wedding packages which will enable you a 6 day booking (from Wednesday at 3.30pm to Tuesday to 10.30am). This time schedule enables safe and secure marquee installation and decoration ensuring that your only worry is the outfitis! After the event has concluded, the team can re-enter on the final day to breakdown the marquee for you. The wedding package that we have on offer provides the marquee company, activity providers, whilst allowing the venue owners enough time to get everything organised for you.
