From here, you can go up the turned staircase leading to the generously-proportioned first-floor landing that comes with an antique bagatelle table that is available for guest use.

• Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with en-suite bath and shower attachment, WC, basin and heated towel rail. Comes with a super king mahogany sleigh bed with a free-standing cot. This is complemented with a mahogany wardrobe, TV, and easy chair. You will wake to views to the back garden.
• Bedroom 2: Spacious family room with three single beds and room for a cot. There is a huge wardrobe, cast iron fireplace, and TV. Overlooks the front garden. (Can be made up as one super king and one single bed, by prior request - need two weeks notice). 
• Bedroom 3: This is a smaller bedroom situated to the front of the house. It comes with 2 single beds, a chest of drawers and a TV. (Can be made up into a super king bed by prior request - need two weeks notice).  
• Bedroom 4: Light, airy, large room with sash windows on two sides overlooking the front gardens and grounds. Victorian style super king bed with a freestanding cot.
• Bedroom 5: Room with lots of space with king size mahogany sleigh bed and room for a cot. Comes with a cast iron fireplace and window with views of the grounds.
• Bedroom 6: Smaller downstairs bedroom with two single beds and a bedside table.

There are 2 bathrooms at Primrose Manor. Additionally there are 2 separate toilet rooms and there is one shower room with a drench head shower, loo, hand basin and heated towel rail on the ground floor. This Dartmoor accommodation also comes with a luxury family bathroom with cast iron slipper bath, toilet, and walk-in shower with drench head and handheld shower. There is also a double sink with a large mirror along with shaving sockets and ample storage. Furthermore, there is an original cast iron fireplace for those winter night baths.

There is a further separate loo across the landing with an original, functional, ‘thunderbox’ WC.

Entertainment

This Devon manor house comes with entertainment for guests of all ages. The property comes with a ground floor snug perfect as a ‘chill-out’ room or ‘den’. It features a flat-screen TV, DVD player, a selection of adult and children’s games and a wide selection of DVDs. The antique Bagatelle table in the landing area is available for guest use.

Furthermore, there are plenty of shared facilities at Primrose Manor. There is an indoor as well as an outdoor heated pool. For active guests, there is also a professional tennis court. If you’re in the mood to just relax and blow off some steam, you can make use of the hot tub, sauna, and steam room as well. There is also a shared soft play area, playroom, and an outdoor adventure playground.

Outdoors

Primrose Manor comes with an enclosed garden to the front of the house with a lawn, flowers, and shrubs. There is also a garden bench seat perfect for relaxing and admiring nature. There is a further enclosed rear garden overlooking the grounds with a wooden dining table and tables and chairs to seat 12 guests.
