As you walk in, you will be welcomed by a large enclosed porch with built-in storage for coats and wellies with a toilet and sink. Walk through the stunning Fired Earth Limestone floor to access the airy, spacious oak frame open-plan living area with a contemporary twist. It comes with uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside which is a delight to wake up to. This is the perfect spot for the family to come together and spread out on the cosy sofas. It also comes with a stylish Morso log burner, Sonos sound system and a flat-screen Smart TV. Access the wrap-around oak balcony through the bi-folding doors where you will find an outside dining table for 10 guests. This is perfect during the warmer summers when you can either have an alfresco brunch or evening tea while enjoying the far-reaching views.

This self-catered family Dartmoor accommodation comes with a lovely designer fitted kitchen with everything you would need to prepare gourmet dishes. The views through the swathes of glass will make sure you have a memorable cooking experience and you will be able to chit-chat with your loved ones in the process. Once you’ve cooked your favourite dishes, enjoy it on the solid oak dining table for 10 guests. It is situated in the centre of the room and adds a calming touch thanks to the soft lighting and warm furnishings.

• Bedroom 1 (Ground floor, accessible with en-suite): Light and spacious, this double room is filled with character. The oak frame from the reception room continues into this room. It features a luxury wheelchair-friendly bathroom that reflects attention to detail and a lavish design while giving guest extremely easy access.

Lower Ground Floor

All of these light and airy bedrooms feature oak flooring with underfloor heating. Comes with a clean and calm feel. Colours include soft calming tones painted in Farrow and Ball complemented with the warmth of furnishings and decor. What makes these bedrooms special is access to the gardens thus bringing in plenty of light and letting the outside in.

• Bedroom 2 (master bedroom): This bedroom comes with a super king bed and plenty of storage. Also comes with room for a cot and is designed to offer lots of space. The bathroom is en-suite and designer and features a large shower, toilet, basin, heated towel rail and views of the fields beyond.
• Bedroom 3: This room has the option of being either a double for a twin. There is a bathroom right opposite this room and it is the most luxurious bathroom on the estate! It features a walk-in shower with Ashton and Bentley designer bath.
• Bedroom 4: Super-king bedroom offering lots of space, an en-suite shower and room for a cot. This bedroom comes with access to the out tub and outdoor seating area.
