Kitchen & Reception Rooms:

Maplecroft House comes equipped with not one, but two gorgeous kitchens, each boasting its own unique ambience and aesthetic. The main kitchen, located on the ground floor, features grey tiles with cream-coloured cabinets and olive walls, complimented by white ceilings with exposed wooden beams. There is also a free-standing log burner to warm up the room. The second kitchen, located on the first floor, is slightly more modern, featuring parquet flooring and cream-white cupboards. The second kitchen also features a washing machine and dryer!

Moving on from the kitchens, Maplecroft House features a private gym, a hot tub, a sauna, and even a games room, topped off with multiple board games. This fantastic holiday house is dotted with cosy fireplaces to keep you warm on chilly nights. It's got the gym to keep you looking good, and (more importantly) it's got a hot tub and sauna to help you relax. To top it all off, the games room offers darts, pool, and table football, giving everyone a grand opportunity to jump into friendly competition and settle old scores.

Maplecroft House features 7 spacious bedrooms, with 9 beds between them. Many of the bedrooms house fireplaces of their own, which is a truly lovely feature. All of the bedrooms feature calm colours and luxurious fixtures, making them perfect for a good night's sleep. The bedrooms are arranged as follows:

Maplecroft House is located in the heart of Catterick Village, a military town known for its blend of fascinating history and stunning natural scenery. The nearby Catterick Racecourse is a fantastic destination for a grand day out, and it is located just over a mile from the house. Alternatively, for those who enjoy a spot of history, Richmond Castle is just 10 minutes away, boasting a wealth of history as well as stunning views over the River Swale. Richmond Castle is actually one of the oldest stone-built castles in England and dates back to 1071. The town also provides easy access to the Yorkshire Dales National Park, making it a wonderful destination for those who enjoy spending time in nature. Maplecroft House provides a peaceful countryside ambience, a stone's throw from everything you could possibly need. This peaceful property is the ideal setting for an unforgettable vacation.
