A fully equipped and cosy kitchen makes Fairview Barn a home away from home which your guests are sure to love. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine away from the kitchen. Complete with the country-side feel, wooden beams and a large exposed brick wall with log burning fire make this property the perfect venue for hosting your nearest and dearest. 

Fairview Barn boasts a large games room furnished with a pool table, football table and table tennis table. There is also a wide variety of board games and a TV so you’ll never be stuck for something to do! 

The spacious terrace at the back of the property offers stunning views of the breathtaking Derbyshire countryside, perfect for relaxing with garden furniture and a barbecue. For an extra touch of luxury, guests can also unwind in the hot tub, available as an optional add-on when booking.

Fairview Barn offers 7 cosy bedrooms, the twin bedroom on the ground floor with separate bathroom which is adapted for wheelchair access and for those with limited mobility.
