Living Rooms & Kitchen

The main living rooms are all situated on the lower ground floor opening up to the lovely private gardens and patio. 

There is a lovely long kitchen, which runs alongside the dining room, making it easy to transfer your freshly cooked supper to the table.  As you would expect, it is very well appointed, including an American Style fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.  Patio doors lead straight from the kitchen to an outside patio where you can enjoy the view over the fields (often being able to watch sheep grazing) whilst eating your alfresco lunch!  

The dining and living room are open plan, so a great space for all of your guests to gather; watch some television, enjoy a few games, or generally have a catch up with those you love. There is free wifi. 

 

Bedrooms

There are 8 bedrooms  (6 of which are ensuite, the remaining two share a bathroom.). 

Briefly, the bedrooms comprise of:

• Single with ensuite shower room 
• Family bedroom containing a double bed and bunk beds to sleep 4 in total with a shower ensuite, also a single bed is available here. 
• Double bedroom 
• Twin bedroom 
• Triple bedroom (double and single) with shower ensuite 
• Triple bedroom (also a double and single bed configuration) with shower ensuite 
• Twin bedroom with shower ensuite 
• Twin bedroom also with shower ensuite 

All feature comfortable beds with fresh bed linen and towels included.  If you have young children cots and highchairs can be provided upon request. 

Outside 

This Party House in Wales to rent also includes the use of a shared outdoor heated swimming pool a short walk away, and a private hot tub! There is also a patio area with plenty of seating and great views.   

There is plenty of free parking on site.  So you park up, get settled in and have the kettle on (or open that bottle of wine) in a jiffy and start enjoying your holiday straight away.

Surrounding Area 

Being situated close to Aberystwyth, the joys of the coast are just a mile and a half away. The beach, marina, and Ceredigion Coastal Path all offer different ways of exploring the coast.  For those who prefer a more historical day out, Aberystwyth has a castle and museums. Plus, lots of lovely independent shops. 

There are too many pubs and restaurants to mention (it is a university town after all, so there is usually plenty of interesting events taking place).
