Woodland Manor dates back to the 18th century and was built for one of the most powerful families in Scotland at the time. This is evident through the sheer grandeur of its interiors, with its historic features thoughtfully preserved, offering a blend of modern comfort and old-world charm. The large, spacious kitchen boasts all the appliances you could need to dazzle guests with your cooking prowess. The kitchen features a small table at its centre, which is an ideal setting for prepping meals together or enjoying a cup of tea or a spot of breakfast.

The grand, open-plan dining and sitting room are truly exceptional, with original wooden floors, coffered ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows offering unbroken views of the expansive grounds. The antique wooden dining table seats up to 22 guests, setting the stage for evenings of friendly banter and unforgettable mealtime moments. After dinner, guests can amble over to the adjoining sitting room to unwind at the end of the day.

In addition to these beautiful spaces, you'll find a music room with a grand piano, a cosy lounge with a pool table, and multiple log burners, giving every room a warm and inviting atmosphere. 

*It is worth noting that the grand hall can accommodate up to 70 day guests, while the garden increases this number to 300. Please note that day guests need to be discussed in advance and may incur additional charges.

Woodland Manor boasts 14 stunning bedrooms, which can be arranged to suit your needs. Offering a number of zip&link options, guests can have up to 31 individual beds, making this venue extremely versatile and well suited to all sorts of events. Corporate groups, for example, may benefit from the option of having multiple single-bed options. Additionally, families planning reunions may enjoy a range of options to suit varying family dynamics. Each bedroom offers its own unique charm and aesthetic, perfect for a good night's sleep.
