Moving inside, every room is distinctly styled to embrace a historic but luxurious ambience. The billiard room and dining room feature beautiful, deep red walls which compliment a bespoke selection of antique wooden furniture. The main entrance has an atmosphere of its own, with mint-green walls and an inviting red carpet leading up a winding set of stairs to the landing. The sitting room is particularly delightful, featuring gorgeous, red-leather furniture, herringbone polished wooden floors and a carved wooden fireplace. A blue Persian carpet at the centre of the room ties the space together and is further complimented by beautiful artworks lining the walls.

The bedrooms are located on the first floor and feature unbeatable views. The location of this Argyll and Bute holiday cottage makes it particularly spectacular, with one bedroom even featuring a set of armchairs in front of a large window looking out over the Rhu Marina. The lovely thing about Dandelion Manor is how secluded it feels, whilst still being close to the action. A number of large trees around the garden make the space immensely private. The town of Rhu is particularly small, but Helensburgh is a mere 1.6 miles away with plenty of restaurants and a golf course to explore.

Reception rooms and kitchen: 

All of the living areas in this Loch long holiday lodge serve as comfortable, spacious areas to entertain your guests. The fully equipped kitchen features a dual-oven, five-plate stove making it easy to prepare meals for large groups. The kitchen connects to a cosy breakfast nook, with a flat-screen TV mounted to the wall. This setup is perfect for smaller meals, and for fellow guests to keep their chef company while delicious food is being prepared. The dining room features a stunning, carved wooden fireplace, with an antique clock and mirror on top of the mantelpiece. The dining table comfortably seats 8 guests, with space for additional chairs should the need arise. An elegant chandelier illuminates the space, creating a warm ambience.

The sitting room and games room are wonderful for connecting with your fellow guests over some games or conversation. In addition to its beautiful decor, the sitting room is equipped with a TV and games console with a collection of games. This makes it the perfect place to relax and watch a movie, or to battle it up in a video game tournament. Those who aren’t too keen on video games can enjoy a round of pool or darts in the glorious games room, or enjoy a relaxing dip in the hot tub.

This Argyll and Bute holiday cottage has a total of 7 spacious bedrooms, as well as a study downstairs for answering emails and tending to any admin one might need to get done. The bedrooms are located upstairs, which is helpful for groups with kids or varied bedtimes. All of the bedrooms are spacious and beautifully styled to ensure a good night's sleep. The large windows offer breathtaking views of the surrounding area, giving them a particular charm. The bedrooms are arranged as follows:

Dandelion Manor is located in the town of Rhu, a small town along the Gare Loch. The house overlooks the Rhu Marina and the Firth of Clyde. Some nearby attractions and activities include the Scottish Submarine Centre in Helensburgh and the Rhu Point historical landmark. Its location along the Gare Loch makes it easy to organise boat tours or even privately hire a boat and go on an adventure of your own. The house itself offers an inviting, tranquil space to unwind and relax. Additionally, Helenburg is home to a collection of small restaurants that one could explore on nights when nobody feels like cooking.
