This large group accommodation in Suffolk holds 3 reception rooms and 3 fully equipped kitchens. The largest reception room of St Edmunds Manor is located in the main house.  You and your guests will love the comfortable formal sitting room filled with 7 comfy sofas. Within the main sitting room of this large holiday house to rent near Cambridge you will find a fully functioning fireplace, a stunning wood-beamed ceiling and 3 large windows that flood the room with natural light. A glass door in the main reception room leads straight into the smaller sitting room and the main dining room of the Manor. Located in the front of the house, the orangery-style dining room is luminous and spacious and comes with 2 large tables and sits up to 24 guests.

Above the dining room rests a lovely skylight that fills the room the sunshine and soft light and makes the room feel especially roomy and airy. Enjoy the views of the lush backyard through the glass wall fitted with 2 doors leading straight outside. An additional dining room table, seating 4- 6, is available in the guest house. Next to the main dining room, you will find a smaller, cosy sitting area with a wall-mounted flat screen smart tv and 3 seating units.

There is a main fully equipped kitchen and an additional kitchen with a dual oven, ideal for catering. In the guest house, there is another fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you’ll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There are 9 chic and modern bedrooms altogether at St Edmunds Manor. In the main house of this large holiday home to rent near Cambridge, you’ll find 7 bedrooms. In the guest house just outside, you’ll find 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 extra guests. Each bedroom at St Edmunds Manor is ensuite and comes with fresh linens and towels. Guests will love the comfortable mattresses and soft carpeted floors.

This lovely large group accommodation in Suffolk has plenty of onsite activities for you and your guests to enjoy during your stay. A newly laid private tennis court is located right within the property grounds. Use this opportunity to practice your forehands or learn how to perfect your backhand. Throughout the venue, you will be able to relax and enjoy the large lawns for entertaining guests or letting the kids run around and play. Next to the main house, there is a separate games room complete with a snooker table, chess, games, seating units, and Sky TV complete with HD, Kids and Entertainment Packages. All of the TVs throughout St Edmunds Manor come complete with Sky TV packages. There is also a Sonos sound system which allows streaming. There are speakers in the kitchen, dining area, and reception room. Additionally, there is Alexa linked to WiFi. The games room newly modelled separate building from the main accommodation, allowing guests to hang out and play whilst not disturbing the other guests.  The games room is equipped with a full bar and a full bathroom. In addition, a full BBQ is available to use for self-catering events. Feel free to cook up a delicious meal for big parties. The 3 kitchens on the property are designed for easy access and large space to accommodate big meals.
