Her Majesty’s House boasts a variety of interconnected function rooms and lovely outdoor spaces, perfect for any time of year. The house offers two luxurious lounges, each with exposed stone fireplaces; a cosy space to relax after a day exploring the Cotswolds and all it has to offer. There is a projector room and bar area, allowing you to host movie nights or organise a cocktail class. The luxury villa also offers a spacious dining room, prepared for 26 individuals, with large windows that extend around the room. This is lovely in the summer when you can bask in the sun whilst tucking into a tasty feast created in the fully-equipped kitchen.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream; equipped with 4 ovens, 2 hobs, 2 dishwashers, and all the usual appliances one could need. You can rest assured you'll be eating well during your stay. On sunny days, you can get involved with the pizza oven/BBQ, located in the courtyard. The courtyard also features a picture-perfect pool which is heated between April and October… doesn’t that sound tempting?

Bedrooms:

Her Majesty's House offers 9 bedrooms, sleeping a total of 24 guests. The double beds are all zip & link beds which can be separated into singles on request. Each bedroom provides its own unique charm, spread across the first and second floors. The venues are arranged as follows:

Bedroom 1: 1 x King-sized bed & 1 x single bed with en-suite bathroom.

Bedrooms 2 & 3: King-sized beds with en-suite bathrooms.

Bedroom 4: 1 x King-sized bed & 2 x single beds with en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 5: 1 x King-sized bed with en-suite bathroom.

Bedrooms 6 & 7: King-sized beds & en-suite bathrooms

Bedroom 8: 1 x King-sized bed.

Bedroom 9: 1 x King-sized bed & 2 single beds.

Entertainment:

Her Majesty’s House offers a variety of entertainment facilities including a heated pool, an outdoor oven, pizza braai and a large firepit to gather around in the evenings. The patio and courtyard are perfect for celebrating and get-togethers in the summer.

Inside, guests can find a large and decorative dining area, perfect for celebrations and family get-togethers. Additionally, there are 2 living rooms equipped with fireplaces and an additional snug room. These rooms are great for catching up with friends or simply winding down and enjoying the atmosphere. The projector room is perfect for entertaining children while parents socialise in the bar, or one of the many bars or restaurants located within and surrounding Painswick.

Outside, you can find numerous walks and trails surrounding the venue. Additionally, Painswick Golf Club is just a short 5-minute drive away. Painswick, ‘the Queen on the Cotswolds’ invites guests to visit its many attractions, such as the Rococo Gardens (stunning all year round but especially in summer), and the Church of St. Mary, which is a popular venue for weddings and christenings, and makes for a great adventure. If you’re tempted to venture further than Painswick, Camden is just a 50-mile drive north, while Bath is a 50-mile drive south. Both of these locations are full of culture and history, and a variety of lively bars and restaurants.
