You will first reach the bedrooms and through a double-width landing and down a short flight of stairs you will reach double doors with four large conservation skylights above in front of you. Through these doors, you will access the fantastic open-plan living/dining space. It is spacious with luxurious sofas, one of which, is a sofa bed. 8 guests can easily be accommodated. There is also a wood burner to keep you toasty during the colder months. From here you can access your very own private patio area.

The open-plan kitchen/dining area is great to entertain friends and family. The kitchen is fully-equipped and comes with breathtaking views of the pretty walled garden and a secure play area for toddlers.

Bedrooms

This holiday accommodation near Southwold features 3 generously proportioned bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with a sizeable en-suite shower room. Furthermore, there are two twin bedrooms with a shared family bathroom. Guests will have luxury cotton towels as well as comfortable linens. There is a further sofa bed in the living room for 2 extra guests.
