Having originally existed as 3 separate buildings, this holiday cottage in Warwickshire is divided into three wings, forming a U shape. The dining room and kitchen fill the majority of the connecting wing in the form of an impressive, open-plan space with dining for up to 18 people at a large table in the centre of the room.
The kitchen itself provides a seamless blend of historical features and modern comfort. A lovely aga stove ties the kitchen together, while its deep red cupboards give the space a unique and impressionable atmosphere. When it comes to catering, you have a choice between self-catering or hiring Olive Barn's own private chef. Moving through the kitchen and across the dining area, a lovely little sitting room area acts as a wonderful place to wind down after a delicious meal.
If the impressive, open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room weren’t enough, the left wing of the house features an additional communal space. This area once served as a drawing room at a stage in the house's history where it was designed to fit a multigenerational family. In recent months, this additional drawing room has been converted into a games room, featuring a dart board, pool table, and large TV. This is a fantastic space for entertaining, and a wonderful place to connect with your fellow guests through friendly competition.

Olive Barn is home to an impressive 7 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 18 guests. One noteworthy characteristic of this incredible accommodation is the way in which it took the form it holds today. This lovely space was not converted in a single renovation, but rather over 15 years of family life. For this reason, all of the bedrooms and living areas have a personal touch and have been created with love to suit a large family.
It is worth noting that the balcony of the master bedroom, in the first wing of the house, overlooks the championship Whitfields Golf Club. With the fairway on the doorstep, you can get carried away watching avid golfers playing only a few yards away. The second wing of the house is completely private, boasting uninterrupted views of the breathtaking Warwickshire countryside.
The bedrooms each maintain a beautiful degree of privacy, with some being further away from the action than others. The fact that is has been renovated over such a long time to suit the needs of the family who once lived there makes it a particularly magical place for family reunions and multi-generational groups.
