Reception rooms and Kitchen:

The kitchen in this Sussex accommodation is a real treat. Equipped with everything you might need, from bar fridges to rice cookers, you’ll feel right at home preparing delicious meals in this space. The cupboards are all painted a soft olive green that seamlessly matches the bright sunny orangery. A kitchen island in the centre of the room offers 4 bar stools, which are ideal for having a quick bite to eat before heading out, or for fellow guests to accompany the cook during meal preparation. The orangery offers a large dining room table with space for 12 guests. 

A large sliding glass door connects the orangery to the cosy living room, with a beautiful free-standing, bright red log burner at one end of the room which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. A collection of comfortable sofas and armchairs provide plenty of space to relax during downtime. Moving through this space, we find a large dining area, an open plan space connecting to the sitting room. The dining table itself comfortably seats 16 guests. 

Bedrooms: 

The sleeping quarters at the Chichester accommodation are divided into 6 unique bedrooms, giving guests a few options when it comes to sleeping arrangements. One room with a particularly interesting setup is bedroom 5, arranged with 4 single beds in a room that doubles up with a snug. This room, in addition to the bed, this room features a large L-shaped sofa and a flat-screen TV, making it an ideal spot to cosy up for a movie night. All of the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring different elements that make them unique in their own way.

The bedrooms are arranged as follows:

Bedroom 1 - 2 single beds. The twin single ground floor bedroom has a wide entranced en-suite shower making it suitable for those who are unable to manage stairs.

Bedroom 2 - 1 super king-sized bed

Bedroom 3 - 3 single beds

Bedroom 4 - 1 super king-sized bed

Bedroom 5 - 4 single beds

Bedroom 6: - 2 single beds

Local area: 

One of the greatest features of this Sussex accommodation is its location and the surrounding areas. The house itself offers ample space for entertaining, although music needs to be kept down in the evenings out of respect for the neighbours. A 3-minute walk takes you to Chichester Harbour, where one can arrange boat trips as a fun activity during the day. There is a coffee and a village pub that are both a short walk away, which offer a fantastic opportunity for guests to grab a coffee or a pint and enjoy the local community. The nearest shops are a 5-minute drive away, in East Wittering. Those who feel like catching a tan or building a sand castle can visit the blue-flagged West Wittering Beach, which is a mere 5-minute drive away as well.
