Only mature and well behaved hen parties are welcome outside of the school or bank holidays. Please note that towels are no longer provided at the property, hence we would ask you to bring your own. This venue does not accept parties of 18-30 years olds but is very happy to accept families. In addition, the property does not accept 'all adult' groups during school holidays or bank holidays.

Reception Room, Dining & Kitchen

Beatrice House has a spacious and comfortable open plan living room and dining area. The lounge room comes with plenty of relaxing seating units, large windows, and newly carpeted floors, great for sten parties to come together.   The dining room of the house seats up to 10 guests and has an entryway to the fully equipped kitchen, making it the ideal place for families to come-together to cook a special dinner or prehaps a team-building cook-off. The open floorplan of Beatrice House creates an ideal atmosphere for corporate events and parties giving guests enough space to move around and mingle. 

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

There are 4 spacious bedrooms provided at Beatrice house. Each room in the large house near Dorset is complete with fresh linens and towels upon your arrival and include plenty of storage space available for use. Enjoy the rustic wooden furnishings and the cabin like feel of this cosy home after a long day of events and acitivites. The bedrooms are ample in size and the large windows of the top floor rooms flood the space with natural light and sunshine.

Leisure (Shared with neighbouring properties)

Within the estate property, Beatrice house guests have access to all of the impressive facilities on site. The pool can be enjoyed on a completely exclusive basis. Guests will be sent a calendar link to book a slots of one hour per day, and will then have the facility to themselves! The hot tub is available from 8 am - 11 pm in the evening.

Within the outdoor patio of the Beatrice House, there is a private hot tub for 4, that you will be able to enjoy for your exclusive use. There are also fantastic on-site facilities which are shared between all guests of the estate:

• Indoor heated swimming pool (12.5m x 6m)
• Games Room 
• Indoor activity suite with badminton, table tennis and garden games
• Onsite coarse fishing lakes

What makes this property exceptionally special is the ability to use the onsite fishing lakes. Covering 3 acres of the property, the fishing lakes consist of 3 coarses where you will have the opportunity to catch fish such as carp, tench, and bream. Carp fishes in the lakes range from 3lbs to even 17lbs! Take a day to explore all of the leisure outdoor activities available within walking distance. Events

The surrounding beauty and nature of the Beatrice House creates a spectacular setting for every event and occasion. Upon request, you can reserve the large banquet halls located on the property and customise the space to your need and wishes.  Some examples of events that are available to hold at this property are:
