 About the properties:

Bayview Manor consists of 2 seaside accommodations; Mermaid and Flounder. Together, they sleep 28 guests and are connected by a shared garden with a tennis court and goalposts for small games of football. The expansive grounds between the two houses are particularly great for activities such as team-building weekends or light-hearted competition between friends. This space makes it possible to get up to all sorts of things, from a friendly game of bowls, to sack races and tennis tournaments. Additionally, a short walk will take you to the coast, making this a perfect base for spending your days relaxing at the beach. 

Mermaid:

Mermaid's Retreat, the first of the 2 houses, accommodates up to 18 guests between 8 immaculate bedrooms. This house offers a stunning, open-plan kitchen and dining area that opens up onto a beautiful terrace. The terrace offers a BBQ and ample outdoor seating for al-fresco dining. In fact, the living areas in Mermaid are located on the first floor, ensuring unmatched views of some of the island's most breathtaking scenes. The bedrooms in Mermaid are located between the ground and second floor, with 6 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the second. The bedrooms are arranged as follows:

Ground floor:

• Bedroom 1 – bunk beds
• Bedroom 2 – 1 x large super king bed (zip and link)
• Bedroom 3 – 1 x king bed with ensuite
• Bedroom 4 – 1 x large super king bed (zip and link) with ensuite
• Bedroom 5 – 1 x large super king bed (zip and link) with ensuite
• Bedroom 6 – 1 x king bed with ensuite

Second floor:

• Bedroom 7 – 1 x super king bed (zip and link) with ensuite 
• Bedroom 8 – 1 x super king bed (zip and link) with ensuite 

Flounder:

Designed and renovated with the same attention to detail as its sister property, Mermaid. Flounder's Cottage is a beautifully renovated seaside accommodation that places great emphasis on the beauty surrounding it. The open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly onto the terrace, with a BBQ and outdoor seating for dining al-fresco with sea views. Flounder sleeps a total of 12 guests between 6 bedrooms, distributed between the ground and first floors. The bedrooms are arranged as follows:

Ground floor: 

• Bedroom 1: Bunk beds (4 feet wide x 7 feet long) 

• Bedroom 2: 1 x Large super king bed with ensuite

• Bedroom 3: 2 x singles (or zip & link King) with ensuite

• Bedroom 4: 1 x Large super king bed with ensuite

First floor:

• Bedroom 5: 1 x Large super king bed
• Bedroom 6: 1 x Large European-sized bed (6’6” by 6’6″) and wooden cot

Bayview Manor is a stunning coastal accommodation, with breathtaking views and an incredible list of facilities to offer. It goes without saying that you will have everything you could need for a memorable stay at this seaside accommodation. If the hot tubs, tennis court, play areas and immaculate views weren't enough, Bayview Manor is a short walk from the beach, making it the perfect base for beach lovers to build some sand castled and soak in the salty air. Those hoping for a bit of an adventure won't be spoilt for choice, especially those with a deep love for nature or history. The property is located on the Isle of Anglesey, a Welch isle boasting an incredible wealth of history, as well as many walking and hiking routes. In fact, there is evidence that human activity on the island dates back as far as the Neolithic Age, from around c. 4,000 BC. If you happen to feel like more of a city setting, Holyhead, just a 20-minute drive, offers a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants to explore with your fellow guests.
