Reception Rooms

This large family house for rent in the South West has one main reception room and a large dining room near the kitchen. The main reception room is a cosy lounge room/sitting room where you can spend your time drinking tea, having a chat or having a glass of wine. Feel free to browse through the selection of brochures and pamphlets available to help plan out your holiday and find different things to do in the local area. The main reception room is equipped with SKY TV, board games and a DVD player as well as a large selection of DVDs. When the sun is shining, you may prefer to sit outside on the large verandah which has outdoor seating and benefits from the afternoon and evening sunshine. This large family house for rent in the South West offers ideal accommodation for friends and family get-togethers. The familiar layout of the house allows guests to flow easily from the dining room to the reception area and verandah.

Kitchen & Dining

The elegant kitchen comes fully equipped with a 5 hob stove, 2 ovens, a grill, large American-style fridge/freezer. The breakfast table seating 6 is the perfect spot for socialising while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. You're welcome to opt-in for a catered breakfast (which comes to £350 for 20 guests). There are also many great local chefs if you'd prefer having a catered dinner on one of the nights. 

Local caterers details can be provided if you prefer for someone else to do the cooking! The dining room seats up to 20 people where you can all hang out and spend time with each in this quaint and relaxing village.

Bedrooms

There are 8 comfortable ensuite bedrooms, which come with fresh clean linens, personal television and artisan lemon and bergamot toiletries. Each room in this holiday rental in Wiltshire has its own unique layout and look but are furnished to the same high standard. The rooms have the option of being single, double triple or quadruple occupancy.

The extra guests over 16 can be accommodated in beds. Cots can be provided free of charge. There's also a double sofa bed in bedroom 8 for extra guests, allowing you accommodation for up to 18. For any additional requests or specific requirements, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The beds are dressed with Egyptian cotton bed linen and 100% cotton towels are provided. All rooms are equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities, a TV, a hairdryer, fan, iron and ironing board, plus lemon and bergamot toiletries.

There's also a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and an extra fridge downstairs which you're free to use.

No matter the weather you will always enjoy your time in this comfortable holiday rental near Bath. Within the house, there are books, games, and DVDs for you to choose from and keep you entertained. Both kids and adults will love the chance to play games and spend time with each other in this extremely comfortable house. Ashley House is partially accessible with two lower ground floor rooms accessible from the parking area via two small steps.

Parking

There is onsite parking for up to 7 cars. Additionally, guests are able to park in the adjacent Doctor’s surgery car park at weekends and overnight (nb: cars must be moved from the surgery carpark by 8.30am on weekdays)
