The clean, modern layout gives this space an air of simplicity and functionality. Two pot plants on the windowsill add life to the space, while the open-plan breakfast nook allows the sunlight to pour in. The two spaces blend seamlessly together, with the breakfast nook serving as a lovely place for fellow guests to keep the cook company as well. For bigger meals with your whole group, the dining room offers a fabulous dining table with seating space for up to 8 guests. 

Moving into the sitting room, you'll feel right at home. A collection of stylish grey sofas offers plenty of comfortable seating space for all of your guests. In addition to the sofas, a cushioned bay window provides further seating space, with sunshine and views outside. For colder days, there is a collection of blankets located under the TV in this room, which are excellent for cosying up to watch a movie with your family and friends. A large glass door at the back of the room opens this space up to the gardens, which offer luscious green grass that provides an ideal space for picnicking and playing games.

The surrounding areas at this holiday cottage in Chichester provide a world of entertainment. Chichester Harbour is a mere 3-minute walk from the cottage. The harbour offers multiple boat-trip services, which can be booked as an exciting adventure during your say. The village pub is a 2-minute walk from the cottage, making it a wonderful spot to stop in for an evening drink. In the mornings, one can grab a coffee from the local coffee shop, which is also a short walk. Additionally, East Wittering is an easy 5-minute drive from the cottage. East Wittering is a great place to visit some local shops. Guests who enjoy a day at the beach might enjoy a day trip to the blue-flagged West Wittering Beach.
