Kitchen & reception rooms: 

Sunset Barn is equipped with an expansive, open-plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room. The space is perfect for entertaining groups of 10 guests, and the layout of the room makes for an easy transition between spaces. After preparing delicious meals in the spacious kitchen, the dining table is just a few steps away. The dining table then flows into the sitting room area, which is divided only by a trendy floating fireplace that adds a cosy atmosphere to the entire space. When everyone is finished eating, the sitting room awaits with its sink-in sofas, and large, smart TV for enjoying a movie together. 

In addition to this main entertainment space, there is a separate leisure building, housing a sauna, steam room, showers, and a games room with a pool table. This ensures that all your guests will be thoroughly entertained and relaxed throughout your stay. Finally, there is a galleried hallway with a small library area upstairs, which acts as a lovely space for catching up on some reading. 

Bedrooms: 

Sunset Barn has a total of 5 bedrooms, with 2 located upstairs, and the remaining 3 located on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms are fitted with en-suite shower rooms and offer cosy beds. Couple that with the peaceful countryside location, and you’re sure to have a great night’s sleep. The bedrooms are arranged as follows:

Ground floor:

Bedroom 1: 1 x king-sized bed

Bedroom 2: 1 x double bed

Bedroom 3: 2 x single beds

First Floor:

Bedroom 4: 1 x king-sized bed

Bedroom 5: 2 x single beds

Local area: 

Sunset Barn is located in the  Lake District National Park, just a few miles from Tebay off the M6. The house is located relatively close to the towns of Kendal, Windermere and Ambleside. Each of these stands as a wonderful destination for a day of adventure and houses a long list of boutique and artisanal shops. Guests can explore local pubs and restaurants, meander down historic alleyways and take in the charm of each location. Alternatively, simply step outside of Sunset Barn, and you’ll be surrounded by rolling green fields of lazy sheep and horses. This Party House is a truly fantastic option for a memorable holiday.
