Reception rooms and kitchen: 

If there is one thing that can be said about the kitchen and living areas of St Edmund's Escape, it's that they truly have everything you could need. Recently renovated, the kitchen boasts modern countertops and shelving, with a tea station, microwave, oven and stove. The space is neat and inviting, with a high table at its centre, with two chairs for keeping the cook company. 

Moving on from the kitchen, we find the living and dining room, tastefully dressed with modern sofas, a smart TV, and a quaint little dining table that comfortably seats 4 guests. An open fireplace at the end of the room creates a cosy and inviting atmosphere, making it perfect even for winter nights. During summer months, the living room opens up to the Courtyard, which serves as a wonderful space to enjoy a round of sundowners to share a delicious meal. 

Bedrooms: 

St Edmund's Escape features two, stunning bedrooms, each on a different level. On the first floor, we find a beautiful master bedroom, with a lovely spacious bathroom to go with it. Move on up to the second floor you find a twin room with beautiful views of the Courtyard and beyond. The twin room features two single beds, while the master bedroom features a standard double bed. 

Surrounding area:

The most appealing part of this holiday cottage near Suffolk is the estate on which it is located. The Estate sleeps up to 35 guests, and is an idyllic location for all sorts of events, from accommodating wedding guests to hosting family reunions and all that lies between. All of the cottages open up onto the Grade II-listed courtyard, with the exception of St Edmund's Manor and St Edmund's Lodge. The enclosed space makes them ideal for families as there is ample space for children to play within the courtyard. Additionally, St Edmund's estate is under 2 hours from London by car, making it a fantastic countryside location for those hoping to escape the busyness of city life for a while. St Edmund's Escape can be rented individually, or in combination with the rest of the estate.
