This Party House in Lincolnshire comes with 3 kitchens, 2 in the Hall and 1 in the Cottage, all fully equipped with everything you need to show off your culinary skills. Alternatively, you can hire a caterer and treat your guests to a delicious meal, without having to lift a finger.  This is a great property if you’re planning on gathering everyone for a meal, as there is a spacious dining room, where you can seat 22 guests - it also comes with a piano! This makes it a really lovely space for entertaining. Can you imagine a fully-catered 3-course meal, accompanied by some delightful piano music?

During down time, guests are spoilt for choice between 2 sitting rooms, both perfect for catching up on friendly conversation. The first sitting room offers plush, elegant interiors, with carpeted floors and a beautiful vintage sofa. The second sitting room offers a slightly cosier ambience, with a toasty log burner to keep you warm on chilly evenings, and a large TV  for enjoying movie nights, watching a big game, or catching up on your favourite series.
