Ruby House features a lovely selection of communal spaces, all of which contribute to the charm and functionality of this venue. Featuring a breakfast nook with large windows for natural light, and two kitchen areas, guests will have a fabulous time organising meals together. The dining room seats a total of 20 guests inside, however, there is ample outdoor space. The patios can accommodate up to 30 guests dining al-fresco. 

The modernised entertainment room is a great feature, providing all sorts of entertainment. The room features ample seating for all 30 guests, a full-sized snooker table, darts, a TV and a party speaker with a microphone, a selection of board games, and even a bar area! The common areas are the perfect spot for connecting with your fellow guests, enjoying some good food, and engaging in some friendly competition with one another. 

Bedrooms:

Ruby House has a total of 13 bedrooms, with 19 beds distributed between them. What makes this venue truly unique is that every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, desk, and tea-making station. This makes it great for big family groups and corporate events, as guests can enjoy a beautiful combination of communal areas and privacy when desired. The bedrooms are arranged as follows:

Ruby House is located in the heart of Pollington, opposite a children's play park. This makes it a perfect destination for family holidays, as there is easy entertainment nearby. Additionally, there are 2 tennis courts on the field nearby, making it a perfect destination for those who love a good game of tennis. A five-minute stroll takes you to the local pub, which serves delicious food and is definitely worth a visit. The owners of the property can assist with arranging taxi services, and have connections with the local shooting school, golf club and restaurants to arrange all sorts of activities during your stay. The house is located under 40-minute's drive from Leeds, a vibrant and cultural city that makes for a fantastic day trip.
