With three dining room tables positioned to face one another, you can be sure that nobody will feel excluded over your dinner time discussions.

After enjoying a fabulous meal with your colleagues, friends or family, the lounge provides ample space to relax around the fire and chat about the multitude of fascinating artworks that line its walls. In this group accommodation for 22 guests, the lounge is perfectly arranged for comfortable conversations, with two extra chairs positioned facing the window for anyone who feels like escaping the group for a private chat without leaving all together.

For those visiting during warmer months, this secret sanctuary near York also offers a gorgeous Hacienda deck and hideout bar, surrounded by incredible views. The deck homes everything your heart desires, including sun loungers, sofas, a swing-bed and even a large outdoor dining table to serve meals straight off the adjacent barbecue!

When it comes to bedrooms, this unique countryside accommodation truly has something for everyone. A total of 15 beds are split between 6 bedrooms, with each bedroom showcasing different styles and quirks. Each bedroom has beautiful wooden floors, and its own section of wallpaper specific to the room- pineapples, palm trees or pink zebra prints, at least one of these rooms is sure to appeal to and entertain each one of your guests.

Bedroom 1- home to 4 beds - 2 singles and a 2 pull out beds (sleeps 4)

Bedroom 2- In a large room equipped with 2 single beds and 3 pull out beds (sleeps 5)

Bedroom 3- Equipped with two bunks making it the perfect dorm for younger guests, or for those with a backpacker’s spirit! This room also has a pull-out futon bed should you require extra sleeping space (sleeps 5)

Bedroom 4- This room comfortably sleeps 2 single beds with a pull out bed (sleeps 3)

Bedroom 5- Sleeping 2 guests in 2 single beds (sleeps 2)

Bedroom 6- In the summer house there are 3 single day beds (sleeps 3)

Martini Manor is located near Stamford Bridge, a popular stopping point for many travellers and home to a wealth of entertainment to be explored. With a total of three local pubs, the Three Cups, the New Inn, and the Bay Horse, all of which serve food as well, you’ll be well looked after on those occasions when you may be lacking the energy to cook.
For those interested in taking a walk through history, Stamford Bridge boasts a number of landmarks, such as the famous bridge that gives this town its name, which was designed by William Etty and constructed in 1727. Some other sites worth seeing include the late 18th century cornmill and the Viaduct from 1873 that once carried the York to Beverly railway line across the Derwent river.
