Kingfisher Estate is made up of 8 neighbouring lodges, with varying capacities. The estate offers a large room with a projector and cinema area for enjoying movie marathons together. Those who can't stand the thought of missing the gym will be delighted to find a gym on the estate, equipped with Rubber Free-Weights (2kg - 15kg sets), a weight bench, an elliptical trainer, and an exercise bike. At the end of a good workout, you can melt away the tension in the sauna before returning to your lodge. When it comes to sleeping quarters, each lodge offers a different setup, with options accommodating groups of 2-8 guests per lodge. The lodges are arranged as follows:

Rowan: (3 guests)

Sleeping a total of 3 guests, Rowan is a wonderful, compact accommodation. Featuring a king-sized bed and a single, Rowan Lodge has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. This lovely Suffolk accommodation is the perfect base for exploring the stunning surroundings. 

Birch: (3 guests)

Similarly to Rowan, Birch offers a king-sized bed and a single, sleeping a total of 3 guests. It is worth noting that Birch is designed to be entirely wheelchair friendly. This makes Kingfisher Estate a great option for family reunions or any group travelling with individuals who require accessible facilities. 

Thistle: (6 guests)

Thistle is a split-level property, offering 2 single beds and 2 king-sized beds, sleeping a total of 6 guests. Thistle offers a stunning lounge upstairs, with exterior steps leading out to the gardens. 

Holly: (6 guests)

Holly offers a similar layout to Thistle, sleeping 6 guests between 2 king-sized beds and 1 twin room with 2 singles. All of the bedrooms in Holly feature en-suite bathrooms. 

Oak: (2 guests)

Oak offers a greater degree of privacy, featuring only a single bedroom with a king-sized bed. This lodge is great for lovebirds or individuals who need an extra dose of privacy. Oak boasts a high, gabled ceiling, with stunning exposed wood that gives this lodge a unique charm.

Lavender: (8 guests)

The largest of the group, Lavender sleeps up to 8 guests between 3 king-sized beds and 2 singles. This lodge is designed for larger families and has everything you need for a stress-free stay.

Cedar: (4 guests)

Cedar offers 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds, both with en-suite bathrooms. Cedar is beloved for its sweeping 180-degree view of the grounds, visible from the living and dining area.

Pine: (4 guests)

Pine is a stunning, spacious farmhouse, offering 2 bedrooms with king-sized beds. Pine is particularly homey and offers beautiful views of horses and meadows from the bedroom windows.
