Reception Rooms 

There is a generous Drawing Room, with comfortable seating for all and its very own grand piano! Two other rooms give you plenty of choices for relaxing. The Games Room has both table football, and table tennis.  The Breakfast Room and Bar are also always a hit with guests! 

Kitchen and Dining Room 

The luxury kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need for a large gathering. Similarly, the grand dining room/function room has plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their meals together(seating up to 40 guests).

Bedrooms 

There are five bedrooms including a master suite with a super king as well as a guest bed. One of them also comes with a four-poster bed. Please find the current bedroom breakdown below:

• Main bedroom – super king plus guest bed
• Twin room – double plus single
• Annexe Double plus 2 singles
• Downstairs room – double sofa bed
• 3 further kingsize doubles

All have their own private bathrooms. And garden views. They are luxuriously appointed with Wifi, flat-screen televisions, and tea and coffee making facilities. The master suite has a spa bath with Jacuzzi and a steam room! Please note that one of the bedrooms (twin) is accessed off another, making it ideal as a family suite. 

As you would expect, outside is also a delight.  With a hot tub, a BBQ, croquet, and boule sets, and a landscaped garden full of flowers and topiary specimens with generous terraces with seating.  There is plenty of private parking.  

For summer weddings and celebrations you can choose to use the summer marquee for up to 90 seated or 120 dancing guests! 

Local Area

Although it would be hard to leave Humber Hall, you may want to visit the coastline which is close by.  Being only minutes from the Humber Bridge, you have the advantage of being able to enjoy both Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.   

The delightful cities, of York, with its Minster and the Jorvik Viking Centre, and Lincoln are both within an hour’s drive.  Lovely Lincoln is famous for its Cathedral, it also has a fascinating Castle, and a very interesting museum and art gallery.  There are many pubs and restaurants to rest in awhile after your busy sightseeing.  Both cities are also blessed with numerous independent shops to explore and purchase that special find!  Hull is a less well-known tourist center, however, there are many sites to explore here (especially if you are into maritime history).   Just 14 miles to the north is the pretty town of Beverley. 

Alternatively, there are miles of pretty countryside right on your doorstep or a short drive will bring you to the beautiful and gentle Lincolnshire Wolds, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. 

Local pubs, supermarkets, and takeaways are all within a five minutes walk of Humber Hall.
