This venue has neighbours near by so no loud outside music and no garden use after 10pm. This venue is perfect for calm weekends away but please ensure to respect the neighbours.

You may not book a hot tub at this property. Wifi is not provided (you are encouraged to enjoy quality and screen less time here) however the phone signal is good so you should be fine to use your phone data if needed.

The kitchen is spacious and bright, offering all the essentials necessary to dazzle your fellow guests. The central position of the dining table means that everyone can sit down at the table to hang out together during meal prep. That way, you'll never have to worry about anyone getting in the way... because who's got time for too many cooks in the kitchen?

Whether you eat inside at the kitchen table or mosey outside to enjoy your meal al fresco at the picnic table in the garden, you can rest assured it will be a pleasant experience. When it's time to relax and unwind, curl up with your loved ones around the fire in the sitting room to discuss the day's events and maybe even watch a movie!

Berry Cottage offers a total of 5 bedrooms, with 7 beds distributed between them. There are also 2 sleeper couches that increase the overall capacity and can be used on request. In general, the bedrooms are bright and spacious, offering a relaxing and cosy environment that is perfectly conducive to a good night's sleep. The bedrooms are arranged as follows:
