Kitchen & Reception Rooms:

Skylark Barn is equipped with an utterly magnificent kitchen, with a cosy breakfast nook for 8 guests, and sweeping views of the countryside. Equipped with 2 ovens and a large, U-shaped kitchen island, and an American-style fridge, you'll have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. When it's time to eat, guests can gather at the 18-seater dining table, which leads on to a cosy sitting room with sofas, a large TV, and a toasty log burner. There is also a games room with a dartboard and pool table, to keep you and your guests entertained throughout your stay. And to top it all off, you'll find a bubbling hot tub outside, where guests can relax and take in the peaceful countryside setting. 

Bedrooms:

The bedrooms at Skylark Barn offer a cosy, peaceful setting, designed for a good night's sleep. There are 6 bedrooms in total, 3 of which are on the ground floor, making them accessible to guests with mobility issues. The bedrooms are arranged as follows:

• Bedroom 1 (Ground floor)

  • 2 x king beds (sleeps 4) with ensuite

• Bedroom 2 (Ground floor)

  • 1 x king bed (sleeps 2) 

• Bedroom 3 (Ground floor)

  • 1 x king bed (sleeps 2)

• Bedroom 4 (First floor)

  • 2 x king beds (sleeps 4) with bathroom 

• Bedroom 5 (First floor – Mezzanine)

  • 3 x single beds (sleeps 3)

• Bedroom 6 (First floor)

  • 1 x king bed + 1 x single bed (sleeps 3) with bathroom 

Note: There is an option to add up to 2 extra guests on blow-up/camp style beds at £200 per person per stay.

Skylark Barn is set in the northern Cotswolds, one of the most sought-after rural regions in England. Just a 10-minute drive away is Stratford-upon-Avon, where you can explore Shakespeare’s birthplace, catch a performance at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, browse independent shops, or enjoy riverside walks and boat trips along the Avon. Closer to home, the Cotswolds offers picture-perfect market towns, rolling hills, and postcard-worthy scenery. Guests can wander the beautiful village of Broadway, browse art galleries and country pubs, or visit the famous Diddly Squat Farm Shop for local produce and a quintessential Cotswold experience. The surrounding countryside is rich with walking trails, historic houses, and scenic drives, giving guests the perfect balance of peaceful rural escape and easy access to attractions, dining, and culture.
