Sky Tower is a Party House unlike anything you've ever experienced. Previously a water tower, this coastal venue offers a truly unique layout, with massive communal spaces, plenty of natural light, and sweeping sea views. The house centres around its state-of-the-art kitchen, equipped with Miele appliances, four ovens, two hobs, two dishwashers, and a wine fridge. The kitchen also features a large island with 3 barstools, which is great as a breakfast nook or for keeping the chefs company during meal prep. 

For those who enjoy dining al fresco, you'll be delighted to find an entire outdoor kitchen, equipped with 2 massive tables, a South-African style braai and a pizza oven, sheltered by a modern pergola. The outdoor kitchen space flows into a decked area with a heated pool and a wood-fired hot tub, offering a wonderful blend of entertainment and relaxation. 

Another truly exceptional feature of this seaside property is its 5th-floor living room, a bright, airy space with 360-degree views of the Suffolk Heritage Coast. If you're looking for a Party House that your guests will remember for years to come, Sky Tower is an excellent choice.
