At its heart is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a central island, perfect for social cooking and casual dining, flowing directly into a spacious dining area that comfortably seats large groups. The adjoining lounge provides a relaxed and comfortable setting with deep sofas, a Smart TV and views across the surrounding countryside, creating a seamless connection between cooking, dining and socialising. With its bright, open layout and strong indoor-outdoor flow onto the wraparound patio, the space is ideal for everything from shared meals and celebrations to relaxed evenings together.

Bedrooms:

Magpie Stables feature eight en-suite bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to balance comfort, privacy and flexibility for group stays. Bedrooms 1–5 are spacious mezzanine-style rooms, each with three single beds on the upper level and a relaxed seating area with a private bathroom below, offering a great setup for groups wanting both space and practicality. Bedrooms 6–8 are located on the ground floor and consist of comfortable double rooms, each with its own en-suite, providing convenient access and a quieter option away from the main social areas.
