Kitchen & reception rooms:

Coastal Manor boasts a fantastic, open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room area that is perfect for hosting large gatherings and building memories with your loved ones. The large dining table comfortably seats all 16 guests, setting the stage for unforgettable mealtime conversations. If you decide to organise a caterer, the setup provides a great opportunity for guests to be entertained by the culinary prowess of your chef. The setup is also ideal for groups of different ages, as younger, more restless souls can retire to the sitting room after eating, without having to miss out on conversations. Additionally, the games room provides ample entertainment and serves as a quirky, inviting space for enjoying some friendly competition. The space features a pool table, a collection of arcade games, a beer pong table... and last but not least, a giant chess set on the ceiling. 

Moving outside, we find a BBQ and pizza oven, complemented by some picnic tables and a wooden gazebo. This is the perfect setting for hosting summer BBQs and dining al fresco with your loved ones, overlooking the Irish Sea. Coastal Manor is located on an estate with a world of unique facilities. There is a heated, indoor swimming pool, which connects to a gym area, sauna, and spa room. Guests of Coastal Manor have exclusive access to this space between 11:30 am and 4 pm. This is great for anyone who doesn't like to skip the gym, or for those who fancy the idea or arranging a spa session.

Bedrooms:

Coastal Manor offers a total of 5 bedrooms, with one located on the ground floor. The ground floor bedroom, which has a nautical theme, offers 4 double beds and an en suite bathroom and is ideal for those with mobility issues. Moving upstairs, we find 4 more bedrooms, each styled in a truly unique way. The bedrooms are arranged as follows:

• Bedrooms 1: (Ground floor, accessible) - 4 x single beds + ensuite 
• Bedroom 2: 1 x single bed
• Bedroom 3: 3 x single beds
• Bedroom 4: 2 x double beds + 2 x single bunks (With a slide!)
• Bedroom 5: 1 x double bed
